Snapdragon 800's performance on the Note 3 is edging out the Exynos 5420 so I want the Snapdragon version of this Note 10.1 2014 or, better yet, the larger Note 12.2.

Sausage, 28 Sep 20133g is something about 10 years old tech whereas LTE (or 4g)... more4G does not carry voice signals so when you get a phone call your phone still reverts to 3G.
It'd be better to get a 3G HSPA unit with WiFi and connect it to a WiFi at home or a mobile MiFi on the go. That way you still have 4G speeds while talking on the phone if your MiFi is a 4G unit.
