My device is taking forever to get charged and it eventually gets fully charged and disconnected from a power source it gives a low battery message...Could it be the battery?

Dear all i am facing the same issue like Samrus84. My whatsapp application is not compatible after Aug 2014. Previously it was working fine. Please advise how to overcome this ?

I need help! Im using the n800 and I am currently In bangalore, seeing all the posts regarding the kitkat update in india, I was curious to why I havent got it yet ota or via kies. And I only get the latest updates have been installed I dont want to get it via odin, any idea why I havent recieved it yet

i have downloaded CPU Z and when i checkthe SOC it shows me the cores and one of them is permantly stopped. Quad core....running 3 core only..1 core permantly stopped..any idea?

madhatter, 10 Jul 2014Anyone wondering whether to upgrade or not, please dont!!! ... moreyes. 100% agree for the kitkat as a downgrade. a 10" tab should not have the taskbar on top of the screen with the fullscreen notification that cover up the whole screen if u pull it down. the hown button should not be in the middle. this is a large tablet. not a small phone. yet the screen became smaller coz the taskbar taken the space on the top and the home button below. scrolling the brightness button is a joke when u pull down the notification bar. software update apps being disabled to prevent accidental update forever.

Even after two years since it's release this is still a very respectable tablet, I just love it for digital sketching! The best version ever of sketchbook pro is the 2.6.1 and this is way better than the latest 2.9.4

Its never a update to kitkat, but an eyewash worst ever seen. Even N3 has it but due to hardware restrictions or some dumbfold IT Engineer messed up into a fumble. Never ever update it, except change ur version, nothing else. Use it till on jb till it is bricked.

I updated my N8000 to KK , hoping new features and improved UI.
Guess what , it did not look like an upgrade , it is a DOWNGRADE
Sammy has made this KK update for the sake of giving the update.
Multiwindow is screwed up with limiting to open only 2 windows at a time.
Pull down the Notiifcation bar and you can see the quality of the update.The icons choosen are worst possible icons and the bar fills the whole screen making the screen look ugly.
Only if you want to boast to ur freinds that I have KK on my Note 8000 , then go for this update.
Otherwise NO.
