guys just got it, amazing tab super fast zero lag very powerfull and the pen is woooow i write articles handwriting and it automatic change to .doc or .pdf very good battery screen is top notch crisp sharp and brilliant. wanna tell u that my friend's ipad3 is a toy for gaming beside it. dont ever hisitate get itttt

I just feel like it's much easier to make games for iOs just because Android has a ton of phones and it's hard to optimize all of them or something. Most games works just fine, but some games including Wild Blood have that frame rate issues, while Infinity Blade 2 with a pretty much same graphics (and rendered in much higher res) works perfectly. I never work with Android tablet personally so I can't talk about apps, but I can find everything I need in my Droid smartphone and I don't use cover, but I think Note's build is sturdy enough

Bought it today, love it! Working on it 1 hour and 40 min and still 90% battery left! I really love this tablet, smoothness and no lag on high-tech games! Sms,mms,voice call & video call works perfect! Beware im not samsung loyal fan but this tablet is amazing!

I looked on their website and they say there that this tablet support SMS and MMS. Also, in a commercial I saw, there was a guy answering a phone call. :) I have noticed that you state the lack of these features.

It's about apps, games, and I ... morelike i said, ipad is better on paper... android has enough games and apps for everyone... i have a galaxy note 10.1 and galaxy S2... both works fine for my needs, but most of the time i use the tablet for games. Unless your a hardcore gamer, then ipad is probably better, but if we are talking about normal people who uses their tablet for fun and not for a home entertainment system, then both are about equal.
For apps and games, ipad is better... but for everything else like the features, then android is better.
Build quality doesn't matter too much when most people apply protective covers anyway.

It's about apps, games, and I thing build quality is something that deserved to be included in comparison. I don't know what you do with your tablet, but for me, I play games a lot. Android has a lot of games, but the same title is usually looks better in iOs and they perform better. I bought Asphalt 7 3/4 months ago in my GS3, it never perform very well, lots of lag, low fps and that's something unacceptable in a phone with that spec and Gameloft never fix it. In my iPad, I almost can't see lag or those problems while play games and I get better graphics too. And I think iOs is a more mature OS for tablet (despite that old and boring looks). And btw, iPad is not that good at watching videos

If you want... moreapple tablets have better display but has bad features, not everyone stares at their tablet just for the beautiful display. I like split screen, widgets, customisation, s pen, ability to root and get future updates early aswell as using ps3 and Xbox controllers. Almost all music and video format can be played without converting them. I can watch HD movies and HD pictures still look good. I can go on and tell you why the price is worth it, but I think you know what I mean. On paper apple display sounds better but in real life use, the galaxy note 10.1 screen is good enough.
