Galaxy looks ok but the specs seems to be poor with 5 MP camera. But with 610 Euros, I would prefer buying a Laptop than Galaxy Note..

Camera pixel is only 5mp..but in note it is 8MP...i suggest it should be more than 8mp..

You should be able to make calls with google voice.
