Can someone help me with the following problem?When I use the S-pen to write something in the way of recognizing text ( when i write something with S-pen that text to be recognized automatically) appears to me the error: "Enter. Direct pencil stopped." It is true that when I write a simple note this works. Text recognition mode only exist this problem.
Specifically I have a Samsung Note 3 - N 9005. In a quite bizarre, with this phone I also have another problem: When I try to synchronize my google account in settings (only account google) appears to me the error: "Settings stopped". I reset the phone Factory 2 times. I once even led to a service and was again put the OS on it. Now I do not know ... can be a virus that had remained in it or there are software issues? Since i have two similar errors (with S-pen and google account) there might be a physical defect? Thanks for help.

Ive emails and sam live chat emails saying it. Like i said dont know about n900 model. Im still waiting for marshmallow update for my note edge. Some opl have got it and mine down to get it. So if its taking this long for mote edge to get it then it will take longer if note 3 does receive marshmallow because models from 2014 unntil now are getting it first. Even some newer models hvent recieved it yet. Were did you get this imformation from?

Anonymous, 13 Jun 2016If there is nothing wrong with lollipop, how do you explain... moreThen how do you explain people who has updated their note 3 to lollipop with no problem at all and feel happy with it?even i've already updated my note 3 to lollipop yesterday and battery life is pretty good..if hard reset doesn't work for you then you should get back to your kit kat and live happily with it..there's some people here are fine with lollipop..we are waiting for marshmallow now..come on samsung..

Msn, 27 May 2016My note 3 always loses the connection with sim card "no sim... moreits not software related. it could be faulty connection in your sim card. try it in another phone to see if it comes up no sim card. or contact your service provider and they will help you. usally if it says no sim card then check its in the right way. ive done it by mistake once. hope this helps.

I already wiped everything from recovery and have less apps installed compared to when it was on KK.
My note 3 KK battery life >>>>> Note 3 L (with Shutapp/Doze and less 3rd party apps installed) battery life.

AnonD-424566, 12 Jun 2016Your another that's not well in the head,if updates worry y... moreI think what anonymous mean is doesn't matter if you like lollipop or kit kat..its your choice..your phone..but don't spread false fact about lollipop..nothing is wrong with lollipop..everything that u has put in your previous comment about lollipop is not true..my note 3 also running kit kat too coz i like kit kat layout more than lollipop..but i also like lollipop feature..very cool..my friend has note 3 running lollipop..no problem at all..i think the way how u update the phone is the one that give u such problem..i think a hard reset will solve that..try google how to do a hard reset for note 3..i agree that this phone is an old model..but it will look new with an update like lollipop or marshmallow..update is also important too..

I have 2 Note 3..white... moremy partner has black note 3 n9005 on 5.0 and i have merlot red note 3 on 5.0. i bought it for him as a present. so hes happy with it. never leaves him . the specs and everthing about note 3 i like. i didnt have note 2. i went from note 1 to note 3 and then note edge. note edge for work and my fav note 3 is for personal use Anonymous.

I have 2 Note 3..white... morei replied to you. but hasnt shown up. yeah. note 3 will last if looked after. im glad you like kitkat. if its working good for you thats good. note 3 on 5.0 i like because of the layout. it has pop up view multi windows. i use note 3 for personal use. note edge for work. but i can understand when you miss something you need. note 3 i cant part with. its been with me over two years and theres no phone out thier that appeals to me as im used to 5.7inch screen. s7 and s7 edge are nice phones. but cant remove battery. how long will a non removable battery last Anonymous?

Su... moreif it keeps charging and still dosent reach the 100% then you need new battery or charger like i said. but usb conecter may be causing it sorry to say. i hope im wrong. take it to retailer and they will check it for you. just get some advice.
