Su... moreyes it offical update. samsung always notifys new updates. i think you should try new battery in it. or buy new charger m. its deff sounds like the battery is on its way out. ive had to buy new batteries. but google it and you wil find answers my friend.

I kept it on charging in 6:14pm n now at 8pm it's just 10% charged .... Should I let it charge for overnight till 4 to 5 a.m.? Or what?? :(

Anonymous, 12 Jun 2016Its yourself that has a problematic issue..not lollipop..li... morelol. i agree. i dont mind ppl still liking kk. its thier choice. but that person keeps putting lollipop down and that person keeps repeating same comments like users on lollipop are having sleepless nights which us so untrue. that person dosnt want to believe lollipop is working fine for users with no problems. works great in my note 3 and im happy with it. but that person should stop putting users down the way he puts his comments across. well said Anonymous:)

I have 2 Note 3..white... moreim glad kikat works for you:) but 5.0 has popup multi windows shortcut. is that what you mean? s7 is nice to. i was looking at s7 edge which is a nice phoneto. but its the size of screen 5.5 and non removable battery thats stopping me although its only 2 inches shorter. ive note edge 5.5 inch screen and it looks same size as note 3, but screen is wider which is why it dosnt look smaller. but the wide screen is good for internet. i use it for work. but i think samsung are making phones with non removable batttery now. how long will a non removable battery last? i dont know. i like to have extra batteries. but s7 edge supports sd card which is good. but like i said non removable battery. but my note 3 is deff my fav note and good screen size Anonymous:)

Because sometimes after reset or install an update this issue has to come. Charge your phone 100% and perform a factory reset. Then your device will work normally. Make sure that you've correct & recommended OS version installed in your device. When OS version is not matching with your device, problems like this can arise.. :)

AnonD-547947, 12 Jun 2016I just bought my note 3 n9000.... updated my software n now... moresorry your having problems with battery. it shouldnt take that long to charge. im on 5.0. have you checked your charger or the usb cable as sometimes they do fail also i was thinking check your usb conector at bottom of phone as this happened to me in note 1. it usually takes 1hr and 45- 50 mins to full charge on my note 3. or maybe you need new battery. hope you get it fixed.

I just bought my note 3 n9000.... updated my software n now I'm facing charging problem.took 2-3 hours to get 30% charge 😕 I'm seriously stressed out. I've reset the fone still same issue. Plz somebody guide me plzzzz

I'm trying to buy new handphone, but cannot compare my note 3..especially screen.. I don't know why Note 4 or 5 screen look weird even they have high resolution screen.. But S7 is nice screen and ui.. My point is i like Kitkat ui icon,black and white, apps icon..I'm glad if lollipop bring back kitkat ui icon, S mini calendar, multi window shortcut now disappear i need to hold BACK button to use it and my gallery take almost 3 second to open image..kitkat work perfect..

nithin, 11 Jun 2016My note 3model is n9005 .Now my software version is 4.4.2 ... moreive the same model. hook your phone up to kies on your computer or go through samsung to get lollipop update. keep checking OTA in settings also. you should have had it by now. hope this helps:)

An... morei have to say i had problems after updating to kk. s view didnt work. apps didnt work. but after 6 months a stabilty soloved my problems and it was fine. didnt want 5.0. but glad i decided to update to 5.0 and im happy i did. wouldnt go back to kk as experience in lollipop is far better. with few extra feature like smart manager. for me personally is far better than kk. thats my experience with having lollipop. problem free:)

An... morei updated to lollipop and had no problems. didnt have to do factory reset which surprised me. yes some users do need to reset if problems ocurr. mine runs really smooth on n9005. 5.0 nicer layout and experience, less ram usage. yes model n900 has some problems. but not all have problems on 5.0 and yes if after updating to 5.0 and its slow or having problems or whatever i agree always do a hard reset. maybe it was down to luck for me that i didnt need to do a reset. but im glad you are enjoying lollipop now on your phone my friend:)
