dzu, 06 Feb 2016My note 3 (n905) went off totaly when I was charging it.any... moreive n9005 model. have you tried taking battery out and leaving it for a while. or check usb cable dzu? or check usb connecter where you put your charger in. hope you get it sorted.

we can talk about updates on this forum. freedom of speech. users need updates. so you cant say we cant talk about it. with the problems on n900 model it needs to be addressed! thats what this forum is for! commenting and asking advice for users! im sure note 3 users would agree!

r1, 06 Feb 2016They will add smart manager in the next update in your note... morebut the thing is my note 3 is running okay. its your model thats not. so do i send it in for repair? at least il get it serviced. i told sam live phone ram is high and heating problems and battery drainage they said high ram usage is good as it opens apps quicker. the heating and battery drain is not good they said also. so its looking good. they didnt say we were not getting update. they just cant confirm which of their phones are getting updated. so it was diff answer they gave me from last time r1.

N3, 06 Feb 2016You are rude not me you have never talked politely You just twisted my words,not everyone likes this lollipop.its a nightmare of an update.its like having to take your car in every week to get fixed,KitKat makes the note 3 run smoothly and thas what makes it a great phone.its a personal choice thing,if your not happy with your future updates then more fool you for downloaded them,don't ram updates up every KitKat users who's phone is running smoothly because we don't need them,and get fed up of ppl like you flooding this room about updates all the time.think twice next time you rush in downloading updates ?

[deleted post]thanks r1:) il compared my note tablet to note 3. tablet is running better. no lags in keyboard which was laggy before update. no smart manager. but feels smooth.more responsive. so far no problems. 5.1.1 on note edge is running ok. ram usage is less since update. so everything is fine. and keyboard is better now on note edge as i thought it wasnt responsive when i got it. im waiting on sam live chat to ask them about updates. will let you know what they say r1.
