My device lag after the lollipop update and how can i remove this lag and the battery also draining fast . So this is samsung marketing strategy to make their phone lag and make us to buy a new one .

note3girl, 06 Feb 2016its risky rooting your phone. it dosnt go smooth for everyo... moreNo, it's not. So many videos and text about rooting. Patience and diligence are what you need. I even take precautions of downloading the original ROM just in case. This is what Android is - customization. I only flash to thoroughly reviewed ROMs.

                  Advantages of rooting:
*Backup app installations and their data on microSD.
*Tasker app can have you semi or totally automate things for you and learn some simple programing sequencing- like GPS radio turns on when you open Maps, and turns out off after.
*You can hibernate apps to conserve power.
*Uninstall or freeze apps you don't like running.

And many more. My current custom Android 5.1.1 ROM that gives me almost all the features of Note.5, S6 Edge apps, LTE Only option, and Ultra Power Saving Mode with additional apps option.

Rooting is a piece of cake if you know what your doing, warranty is out the window any way so note 3 is classed as old now after 2 n half yes .better phones out there for less money that won't break the bank !

its risky rooting your phone. it dosnt go smooth for everyone. better waiting for proper marshmallow update. then you know you got the right update. trust me i rooted note 1 and put rom in. worked okay for a while then things started to go wrong. i was glad i backed up the the android version that came with it and unrooted it and altho i dont use it, its okay for backup if leaving phone in to get serviced. so think carefuly about it unless you know what your doing. but on note 3 i personally wouldnt root such a good phone. wait for marshmallow update from samsung. thats my opinon.

dzu, 06 Feb 2016kitkat(4.4.2)it dosnt sound like a rougue app which at first i thought it would be. if all else fails try a reset. but back up your data first. i had to do that many times on 4.4.2. when i had it. a reset sometimes helps. but like i said in last comment to you if its goes of when you put it on charge check usb cable and usb connecter hope this helps. good luck:)
