r1, 07 Feb 2016What did the live chat people said ?still having problems. sam live chat what me to send my note 3 in for repair free of charge. but its n900 model that needs it r1. fed up having to use diff username. dont know whats going on r1. but its me r1. i posted commented to you telling you all what they said. but like i said they cant confirm what updates their phones get. diff answer from last one they gave me. they said last time it has not been confirmed for note 3. so you never know r1.

r1, 07 Feb 2016What did the live chat people said ?they said they cant confirm wht phones of theirs get update. they said to keep checking. i think i posted comment about it to you. they want me to send my note 3 in for service and i dont have to pay for it as they checked how many times i was on live chat. but its n900 model needs it. if you can go in sm live chat r1.
