[deleted post]Yes moto, Lg, get there updates lot quicker i agree,but they rush em too fast then everyone complaines they need updates cus to buggy,lagging,ect ect Samsung are very slow with updates but at least theres few software updates to rectify thru rushing them out !

Ive did factory reset on my phone once and i never lost my music , photos etc etc. Being a note 3 user ive never had any freezing in my note 3. Its a shame its happening to you. But dont give the note 3 bad review because this happened to you. Do another hard factory reset and try it again.

Theres a lot ppl in here have the note 3 and have had some bad experiences,well sorry to here that but many ppl have never stated where there from and wether its they dont know how to use it,example (shut down apps) you dont use.(switch of Data) when not in use,cus meany are complaining about battery back up.well theres new phones on market now with less than 3,000 mah battery,so if you carnt cope with notes 3 battery (3,210 mah) well i think ive made my point,its called learn to walk before you run (enjoy 3 users) ;-)

If budget isn't a problem then you can buy Note 4 too. But at ₹54-55k it is not worth it.

i bought note 3 before 1 month.battery is only 4 hours when i switch on the net but i am not use.without net 7 hours only.
