And as I always say and I use. Neighbor knew that from Note 2 forum...that....Removable battery is plus factor.

I always go with that and that's my deal breaker!

Z2 cannot beat Note 3 at this moment although there is difference of 6 months between 2 flagships.

S-Pen is definitely a leading factor, someone admit it or not. I have seen my companies Higher Management they love you use Stylus while checking their e-mails. Yes they do.

And S-Pen features they are wow.

If 2 people are fair and sitting together, let them give Z2 and Note 3 respectively and they will tell the real innovation in them.

Note 3 is a real discovering Handset!

I bought mine in Dubai and haven't received any updates yet. I'm not so sure if when will it be but I'm looking forward on getting the KitKat update pretty soon. BTW, I've been using my SMN3 to 3 diff countries already inc where I'm currently at and it's perfectly working. I was told by the dealer that it can be use anywhere so I didn't do the "region lock" thingy. But might as well try it out just to make sure:)

Do you know what is .1mm thickness difference? 5g lighter makes a whole difference for you? Omnibalance has more to do with the exterior "a minimalistic form where only the essentials remain, with balance and symmetry throughout."

Xperia phones are made in China.

The only weakness for batteries here is the inefficient management Sony has implemented with the Xperia Z lineup. Their mid-ranged Xperia C has a more impressive battery performance with a removable battery. I'd get that over the Xperia Z2.

sonny, 05 Mar 2014Z2 5.2"(1920*1080) full HD Live colour Led screen is ... moreYes, avoid my points that I had previously mentioned. The Z2 can never replicate the S Pen with so much productivity apps, doesn't have better battery stamina than a Note 3, has more screen with up to 1/4" bigger difference in height and width, great & clear Super AMOLED screen.

I would again not be surprised the Z2 having as terrible battery performance as the previous 4 Xperia Z iterations.

You keep mentioning 3GB RAM, 4K video recording, slow motion. Well, the Note 3 has all those too. The Note 3 even has the best GIF (or animated pictures) editing tool I've experienced and enjoyed.

Water resistance and higher camera megapixel count aren't enough for some of us to switch to a Z2.

The problem is you don't even know exactly what you're talking about. The S Pen is the reason why I got a Galaxy Note.

What productive activity do you do on your supposed Xperia?

Productivity at beaches? LOL! You're not even suppose to let it touch sea water.

Productivity in the shower? I see.

Productivity in the rain? I wonder.

You like staying in dusty places?

Privacy? You mean you actually think bad screen viewing angles are actual Sony features?

                                    Clumsy for real use?

                                    The Z2 is 146.8 x 73.3 x 8.2 mm (5.78 x 2.89 x 0.32 in).
                                    The Galaxy Note 3 is 151.2 x 79.2 x 8.3 mm (5.95 x 3.12 x 0.33 in).

Take a good closer look at those measurements.
The Z2 is only only 4.4mm shorter, 5.9mm narrower, and .1mm thinner. If you have trouble with numbers, it means the Z2 is shorter only about just above half its thickness against the height of the Note 3; and Z2 is less in width sub only less than 3/4 of its thickness against the Note 3.

Still can't picture what that means? Watch the video comparison against each other:
                                    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O3NGdOrk69c&feature=share&list=PLVFAMfBtzHQE8h1CookzDtskxEpk60HPI&index=25

                                    Again, still don't get it?

Let me put it plainly then... They both have similar sizes, and even their weight. Z2 is only 5g lighter. Do you know what 5g weigh? You don't know?

So, you're like saying that the Z2 is also clumsy to operate. It even has a smaller screen than a Note 3 with almost the same body mass. Which is now much more "productive"?
Staying in school makes you better to comprehend this stuff.

Sony is mimicking Apple's hardware restriction. And again here's my list of 10 things went a removable battery is better than a fixed one:

                                    1. Better battery cycling and thereby longer life.

                                    2. Seconds to get a full charge back than wait 2 hours to charge.

                                    3. No need to carry the charger or a heavier power bank.

                                    4. You have a choice of a third party extended battery, even trippling the capacity.

                                    5. Safer to charge on a cradle than on the device as about 10% of batteries have chances to be unstable.

                                    6. Reduces the chances of theft while charging outside the house.

                                    7. An extra battery is smaller and thinner to carry inside your pocket.

                                    8. When your battery finally gives up, you just buy a new one.

                                    9. No need to pay for more expensive internal battery and wait for days to have it installed.

                                    10. Your device becomes practically wireless without the need to plug in via the micro USB most of the time if you just charge the spent battery via the battery cradle.
