In the Philippines, Smart Communications is giving an attractive 25% to 35% rebate on new and retention plans. We'd still get the device like the new Note 3 for free like on unlimited P2000 ($47) data plan and pay only P1500 monthly.
No matter which other device I compare the Note 3 with, nothing comes closer to its superior features and versatility. Not even the HTC One Max, nor the Sony Z1, Z, Ultra, nor any iPhone.

1) The note 3 screen has extremely accurate colours in colour mode.
2) The viewing angles on the iphone are probably as good as the note 3. I don't think poor viewing angles could ever be a good feature.
3) There are a lot of things you can do with an s-pen that you cant do without it.
4) I don't think there has been any case of heat issues destroying data on the note 3. Maybe you should google iphone 5S heat issues.
5) Finger print security on the iphone has already been broken. I have never heard of anyone being able to crack a random 4 digit number or alpha numeric sequence.
6) Even the qualcomm ceo thinks that 64 bit is a gimmick at this stage and the A7 is no where near the fastest chip.
FINALLY. As a business owner myself the most important thing on a phone is a big screen for cad, excel, word, emails, web browsing etc... the iphone screen is tiny!
Also, the GN3 allows me to plug my USB stick straight into my phone and easily copy over files with a small adaptor... plus it has a full blown file manager, removable battery, micro sd card etc etc.

Note 3 has many defects for your business!
Oversaturated colour&wider viewing angle
can cause your secret notes,data and numbers to see other people!!!

And I can tune in without the wired headset getting in the way. Freedom to choose, freedom to move around.
The built in FM radio is restricted to the local stations where most of the broadcasts are ads and talks, less music, less choices. Adding the necessity of the wired headset to work as antenna. Restricted to choose, restricted to move around.

I was suffering from very bad overheating and got an advice to reduce the screen brightness and uninstalling Kenox
I did both and it solved the problem with arround 75% now just warm and has no overheating like first

RADIO in mobile is not that important similar with iPhone they don't put radio in their phone
