It is just above sim card slot.

If it happened to you, maybe you need to send to service centre for defect warranty mostly motherboard.
Charging will get the phone warm because it is in speed charging between 0% to 70% after that it charge slowly without warm.

What the hell ..no java support and fm radio and poor camera quality....i was going to upgrade from Gs3 to note 3 neo but changed my mind ..and exynos chipset is inferior as compared to snapdragon

Im suprised other users saying this phone is the best..im using it bout 4 months now n the only best bout this phone is the battery life superb..other than that
1. Overheating
2. Lagging frequently
3. Turning off when connected to charger
4. Always restarted
5. Makes my blood boiled too fast..
My previous SG3 is the best..looking other brand to replace it..
