Need some advice on the Note 3 Neo. I want to but the HTC E8 because, well, it's HTC. I love HTC's interface, ease of use and of late prefer that brand's phones. Never liked Samsung's software/skin for Android. I find it too pudgy & cartoonish. But the Note 3 Neo has pretty good specs for about 7k less than the E8. How does the Note 3 Neo perform compared to the E8? I've read it has issues of random restarts and hangs quite a bit too.

Using it from last 2 Months
Good battery back up,
Operational speed is also good,
Experienced lag once,but after software updated working fine.
Nice Phone
Overall experience is good.

Mine used to do the same.
you have 2 options:
1) update to kitkat if available in your country. this solved my problem permanently.
2)wipe system cache
--Turn it off.
--Press and hold Volume UP + Home + Power buttons. When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
--In the recovery menu, navigate to ‘’wipe cache partition’’ with the volume buttons. (up and down by volume keys)
--Press power button to confirm. (to select)
--Once this is done, select reboot system now.
3) sometimes my SD card caused the problem, so just try to dismount it while charging.

How can be over saturated colours fixed on note 3 neo? And rest of the phone is very nice but the highly saturated colours are a issue for me.. can anyone help?

Khye, 20 Dec 2014I'm sorry and feel pitiful. You may try remove the battery,... moreI tried removing battery and sim card... I dont use a microsd..neither have i any games installed in my phone..still i dont get more than 4 hours screen on time... i dont have any idea what to do. Samsung service centre guys wont cooperate..they are saying the battery life is normal. I use my phone only to chat,check mails and surf the net. No games nothing. Its been only a week since i purchased the phone.. now i am tired :(
