Even factory reset and cache wipe didn't helped.
Kies fimware recovery is the only option. I did it.
FU samsung for giving unstable updated which bricked the basic functionality of phone to make calls.
Lots of note 3 neo user are facing this problem after update.
Moreover the update is not available now. Seems they found the issue and it doesnt show any update is available

Criticising a phone won't help you solve the problem.
If you never use it, please don't comment the negativity.
If you use it and face problem, the experienced users and I will try to help you out.
Comparing others brand's phone with Note 3 Neo is not appropriate as both users experience and interface is not the same. All the satisfaction is depends on user himself.
Thanks for users who support note 3 neo.
Also thanks for criticism by unknown users too.

If the installation not completed, use Samsung kies via PC to update.

Regarding the data lose, you will surely lose some of it. But Google and Samsung has the ability to backup some of your important data. So make use of the Samsung cloud and Google backup in the settings. Enable all the backup first and wait backup complete. It'll help.

Im just bought it about 3weeks ago . No such thing like hang or whatsoever . Really like this gadget !make sure you bought the original one .it has its own ability . 😆 same as other fone too . So if u wanna buy , think carefully what kind of fone do u want . Survey first , then u'll satisfied with ur own choice ..

Hey guys i have recently updated my note 3 neo but after update phone is not working properly i am not able to even call somebody or receive one, when i call somebody it give a pop message android.phone has stopped working.is somebody facing same problem?
Prior to that my phone kept freezing when connected to charger or using any camera app.
Is there any solution for these problem?
I think i have wasted my money in buying this phone

if you think there is no basic feature like fm radio & having many negative things in samsung why you want them to reduce the price simply move to other company for new & best cell phone. as simple as that.
