I am using it for a week, it is a super phone,battery is good. But display is super .I am a heavy user of interent ,games.etc,till date no lags and runs smoothly like butter. I love it . Don't wait go and take it.

I believe there are no problems in Kitkat because I'm using it now perfectly without any single problems.

i brought my mobile on 20/11/2014. within 24 hr it gets stuck n i could not do anything. i waited more than 10 minutes it does not work normally. finally i removed the battery n put it back then its came back to normal stage.also the mobile was very hot while it was not in use.i could not open the camera or another application because suddenly it get struck n needs to remove battery again. it is happened so many times

camera is not that much good.this phone is not worthy of 22000... just wait for somtime if price get decrease to 20000 yu could buy either go for htc desire 816g... in that busget superb mobile. can compare to i phone 6....

I have been using this since October and I just love it. No problems encountered with it. Highly recommended. I am from the Philippines but I bought my unit in Hong Kong.

Its an excellent phone. ...even asphalt 8 runs like anything.....nn battery is too good....and multiasking capability is awesome

It says here that you can put microSD memory up to 64GB but I cannot locate where is the memory slot. Help plsssss.

hello again,
im here again to share my experience i had samsung galaxy note 3 neo from last 2 months til 2 days before didn't face any issue with anything expect twice hang, i was on trip for few days just came last night, while clicking photo 2 days before my phone got restart & after that my phone camera wont work i restart my phone 3 times still it was not working while coming home my phone battery was died & my phone was off for 6 7 hour after i reach home i put to charge & i try to start the camera and its working now so im little bit relax, but disappoint with the phone as i didn't get chance to click photo's for 2 days :-( bad experience with camera.

You can go to a service centre and ask for assistance.
If you insist to go back to Jellybeans you can also try and ask in service centre as the only legal option in Samsung policy.

Note 3 neo has better processor and GPU so gaming will never be a problem and it's superb.
I still prefer note 3 neo if you wanna buy one Smartphone now as note 2 has outdated and no more version update in the future anymore.

for gaming note3neo is beast.guy's dont go for htc 820 if u want for gaming and no gyro sensor :(
