Samsung Note3Neo is a better phone with a good battery backup . I just simply love this product the system is more faster and haven't been faced any issue until today. Its a good phone with all the features.. I would recommend this to all..

Reg, 11 Oct 2014I only updaated it 4.3 but when i tryto update Kies its t... moreDownload the update from the phone itself from the settings overnight. It take longer time then when you wakeup it will ready for installation.

After the installation of the first update, then the second update will be available which is kit kat update (around 400mb). If you can't find it, maybe your country is not yet available.

rohit, 10 Oct 2014This is a worst phone I baught it on 13 sep, it has big cam... moreits your bad luck and not phone is bad...go to service centre and they will explain you tht its a hardware prblm with ur handset...nt every note 3 neo is bad...i hv seen many which works fine

Techno , 10 Oct 2014Pls somebody give me an idea whether to buy this device or... moreBetter go with Note3Neo. I have it. It's awesome. Faster since upgraded to KitKat. Mega 2 just has bigger screen than Note3Neo,, but not better in all aspects. Plus, Note3Neo has a S-pen. It's an exciting experience. :)

i purchased samsung galaxy note 3 neo from hafeez center lahore pakistan in pkr. 36500/- at october 09, 2014 with one year accidental warranty. with two days experience, i found this phone good. working properly.

nick, 08 Oct 2014Thank you all for replying me..tell me one thing more that ... moreNo it has no heating problem.....if u r doing a lot multi tasking it will heat a bit not much as the processor has to draw more power to perform and maintian multitasking...that same with all phones....doing single or double task at a time no heat at all.....

Hi friends....I m facing issue with my brand new samsung galaxy note 3 neo.....it has android kitkat 4.4.2 version.....from first day itself when i use camera with flash, it freezes and never work back until i remove battery and and place back and restart.....without flash that is when flash is off its working fine....And using flash as torchlight also no problem......but using camera with flash phone freezes.......ANY ONE IS FACING SAME PROBLEM? ANY IDEA HOW TO CORRECT? i hv tried factory reset but no sucess.....thanx in advance

There are 2 pre installed music apps. Samsung Music and Google Play music, when playing music using either one, the phone lag, much worst is that when I lock the screen and unlock it back (do it continuously), it freeze at lockscreen and can't be unlock and need to wait a few seconds.
Please help any solution? Currently 4.4.2 kit kat.

This is a worst phone I baught it on 13 sep, it has big camera focusing prob,hang while clicking capture, automatic shutdown, atumatic screen gets black. After this I take DOA and company give me same new one piece but again I m suffering from same prob.
So I decided to switch to HTC handset.
