[deleted post]I really have to suspect that you are simply endorsing sony products as the c3 gets beaten badly in all departments by the moto x 2013, note 3 neo, desire 820 and nexus 5. Besides, the xperia sp I am currently using is just not good enough for any of my purposes and c3's specs ae even worse (in some departments).

Note 3 Neo spec is more than Note 2. Yet, its look is the same with Note 3. Best phone in its range. Satsified! I love this phone!

I am planning to get a new phone within INR 25k soon, and I am considering the note 3 neo, nexus 5, htc desire 820, moto x (1st gen, 2013). I want good gaming performance, multitasking, web browsing and audio performance, and good battery life. Pls suggest....

Can anyone please clarify my doubts. Although I have read the specificaftoons of the note 3 neo. Does it has or not the corning glass protection? And does it has the simultaneous video and photo? Thanks for the answer if any. Because I'm planning to buy this unit.

I even brought a Samsung Note 3 Neo, yesterday the camera is not working, so i took the phone back to The Magnet Shop in sion from where i had purchased the product. They did a factory reset to the phone and told me that the problem would not come again as it was software issue. After doing the factory reset within next 3 hours the same problem started the camera is not working properly and even it hangs while clicking pics or video recording... I dont know what to do next....never expected this service from Samsung....It would be great if you can leave your contact number on my email jagrat.bhomawat1@gmail.com, i would need your advice to take up this issue with smasung service center

My sister gifted me this phone on my birthday on Oct 1, 2014. I updated the software and transferred all my contacts and started using the phone from today morning i.e Oct 4, 2014. Unfortunately my earpiece is not working both for incoming and outgoing call. Only option that I had was switch on to Loud Speaker mode or using Earphone. Called Samsung they remotely checked and suggest me to visit to Samsung service center within 7 days from purchase as there is no issue with the settings and software. Rushed to the service center and I was stunned. Not only with Galaxy Note 3 Neo there are lots more customers who are facing issue with all Samsung new phones with different models which are maximum 15 days old. They assured me to replace the phone but will take 5 days. Such a hassle with a new expensive phone....I'll never go with Samsung again. I will request them to refund my money so that I can look for another option. SAMSUNG SUCKS!!!!!
