In my opinion after I update, (I'm not yet reset) my Note 3 Neo still perform very well and better in my case. Just that some minor bug happen in Lollipop but Kitkat bugs were certainly fixed permanently.

AnonD-519972, 29 Mar 2016I replaced original battery pack because that battery was e... more I am not complaining.....do you use your phone while charging...if yes then that is the problem and stop using while in charge....if no then ask for replacement of battery if its still in warrenty

mr.A, 29 Mar 2016Seriously....you did root your phone just due to new batter... moreI replaced original battery pack because that battery was even worse, battery last 7-10 standby time max. I dont need complaining, i need help if someone knows to fix that?

My note 3 neo is 1 and half yrs old and i still get around 5 to 6 hrs screen on time.....and i am in lollipop and haven't even ROOT my phone....your batter pack is faulty...not your phone

I bought new battery pack for note 3 neo, running lollipop, but i got only 3 hours of screen on time, and battery went to lower then 5%. Is that normal? And durring the night, i left battery at 00 00, and in the morning, about 10 00, battery went from 100 to 80%. Someone have that problems or that is normal? Did root phone, did deleted all apps that i dont use, but i still have that problemz..

AnonD-225330, 17 Mar 2016Why you guys still crying about the lockscreen lag and apps... moreJust tried the app wakelock power manager you advised.
Well, it seems fixed the lockscreen issue but battery drain fast in phone standby and idle.
It is caused by CPU running and keep awake when partial wake lock is enabled.
I can see on the battery stats that the phone was awake all the time.
Well thanks for help but I think I will uninstall wakelock powermanager if the battery still drain too much on idle due to keep awake.
And I will go by enabling power saving mode which also tends to help save battery too.
Power saving mode is the current best solution for now and second best by using wakelock powermanager while we wait for stability update.

J series is a low end budget smartphone which I don't recommend to replace Note 3 Neo which is one of the Note series.

nick, 25 Mar 2016hey guys i accidently dropped my cell phone in water screen... moreNot quite worth to repair the screen becaise its a 2 years old phone already. It is recommend to upgrade to Galaxy A series (2016) with almost the same price range. If can afford, get the flagship S7 or Note 5.

Khye, 17 Mar 2016Lollipop works great on my Note 3 Neo. No bug fix updat... moreI still miss my note 3 neo... Had a very good time with it... Having a special attachment with it... Looking forward for a Samsung phone now... Hopefully will think about the galaxy J7 2016 when its launched
