U can solve camera problem by removing battery or completlly drainning battery..

hi, anyone had this "camera failed" warning issue.
i have just bought note 3 neo, used it for a month, and suddenly when i open the camera that warning show up.
i've googled the problem & try all the solutions (clear cache, factory reset, recovery mode) but it just don't work.
any idea guys?
really need help here.

Hello Guys,I am Ahmed, from Egypt, I bought this phone (NOTE 3 Neo SM-N7505 LTE) about 15 days ago, and did not write any review until I review the whole specification of this phone.
First, it is awesome, fast, reliable to buy, deserve its money.
The phone work with no lag, no hangs, also if you are using multi apps, I think Hexa Core processor is working great.
About resolution of the screen it is very good, very sensitive touch.
About S-Pen, it is great tool, working great, no lag, no hangs, no tuff touch, just go easy and smooth.
About sound, finally Samsung done the speaker on the bottom of the phone, just beside the charging socket. it is very good sound, real, you can hear a good
For Android 4.3 JB, it is very good very smoothly on the phone not lagging at all, I had about 25 App installed on the phone, and it is going well and never feel slow.
I recommend this phone wo whom need to buy (Smart, sounds, voice, music and also loud.fast, reliable, easy, hard work) phone.
NOTE+Phone+Fast+Good Shape= Samsung NOTE 3 Neo

I dont have much apps on my phone, only the one that i needed the most. Where can i find that turn off? When i check the application manager, it only says there to stop,force stop, or disable but if i switch my phone off and switch it on again all the apps that i stop will run again. How is that?
One more, i dont think that my sd card is the problem because originally i used this sd card before in my tab, and there is no problem with the battery only here in my note.

All these battery savers just kill the services, which again invokes itself after some time causing more CPU/Battery utilization.
All you can do is "Turn Off"(not "Force Stop") things which you don't use. Like in my case, I have turned off ChatOn, Google+, Samsung Apps etc. which I don't need.

The only pin that is in the sim card is if the sim is PUK. Can I really use this phone in other countries like asia? I hope foryour response. Thanks

Before i sleep (1:30 am), my battery percentage was 92 without wifi and running apps. I even scan my phone with my battery doctor and cm security. In the span of 6 and a half time, from 92% it become 73%. i will perform the other alternatives next time.
