Because samsung is the only one who launces new technologies and then they are copied by others. Just for an example is the fingerprint scanner. Samsung always focuses on its weakness and fixes it soon.

fantastic phone has got almost all sensors and nfc support, auto brigtness etc... i luckily stumbled on to this phone... now totally happy with it.... some phones will be missing one or the other feature but this phone has everything and a s-pen stylus too... only this is that i'm still stuck with kit kat 4.4.2...

Hey guys firstly I had grand 2 but then I brought this note 3 neo.At first I thought that it was a very nice phone as it had everything I wished but after a few months when I decided to play some heavy games on it it started getting hot.
There is a constant heating issue on this phone while gaming and charging

may be we can wait another 20 days as someone saying it may get lollipop in mid october. if still no update then we may not get lollipop forever and note 3 neo users reject samsung brand forever.

Trying to upgrade to 5.0 lollipop with its downloaded firmware from another site that is not authorised by Samsung can crash the phone but I suggest that Samsung should make a way for all the Samsung mobile users to find it easier to upgrade their devices just like the way security update is being updated if note 3 neo and note 3 can not be upgraded to 5.0 lollipop to me is unfair let it be that note 4 can get up to 5.1 lollipop if being upgraded but note 3 users and other Samsung users that their devices are hitting up to 4.3 and 4.4 should be considered cos they won't trow away their devices thanks to you all Samsung I plead if this request will be granted .

Danny, 06 Oct 2015Plz tell when will android lollipop 5.0 come on note 3 neo I dont think this phone will get lollipop, samsung havent even announced yet that it will provide lollipop and now that lollipop is 1 year old, samsung and other companies had already announced which phones will get lollipop.
i had high expectation that being a note series device, samsung will plan lollipop for this phone and hence had bought it 1 year back. But my trust and faith in samsung has diminished. I will never buy a samsung again how much ever phones samsung releases in a year ahead.
