but, my note 3 neo keeps turning off often by itself while charging..
They said (the service center) try to fix it by changing the connector and memory slot..

Idk what's wrong with note series..
My note 3 neo keep turn off by itself while charging.. so do note 4 which belongs to my mom..
My note 3 neo has been services.. they said that my phone got software problem.. but the problem still exist after.. and now, they fix my phone by changing both connector and memory slot..
I wish it will ending the story of my phone illness XD
Is anyone has the same problem?

Shhzd amar, 30 May 2015Its not that note 3 neo never heats up... Yes it heats up, ... moreI play a game with detailed 3d graphics at 24-25 Celsius degrees and the phone heats a little but it does not start to lag or turn itself off because of the heat.
