pratik, 10 May 2015has the new 21mb update fix the restart problemIt just didn't get installed on my phone... But I never had restarting issues earlier also...

nishan, 10 May 2015im using samsung note 3 neo last 20days now.....at night 12... moreMy note 3 drains only 1% battery overnight... I keep my data connection off close all the apps, clear all the notifications... I never got any problem with the battery of this device... I think you must check this issue with the service Centre....

But they're sorted out by the small stablity updates.... Anyways the lollipop isn't available yet for the note 3 neo.... It will be exiting to discuss all this after the lollipop arrives...

I thought it would be a problem with my phone so I went to the service centre and got the firmware flashed... But after that I only got a 11mb update and then its showing that the latest updates have been already installed...!! #annoyed

Its free until it is in warranty period.

Ric in the youmobile site 4rm whr we r gettin all dis info regarding the lollipop update published a new firmware update of 1.2gb of kitkat 4.4.2......it says its build is latest on around april 2015....im havin 4.4.2 already whn i bought dis phn....is dis firmware is goin 2 b new n different frm the one which im havin or it is goin 2 d same

[deleted post]I 2nd that. Even NExus 5 users are not happy with L. I checked with my bro who own a nexus5 and he had an issue of rebooting with his phone couple months back so he went to lg service centre. even the sevice centr repair guy said not to install any further updates than the one he has reloaded, some 5.0 version. L has a lot of bugs.

AnonD-371430, 11 May 2015Ric about which ROM u r talkin about???n is thr note 3 neo'... moreSahil i am talking about orignal rom...no lollipop is not available yet...it will be later... but u know what man...this kikat is very stable now..almost no bugs..i dont find any...latest lollipop build of samsung is not stable...at least right now its not..s5, note 3, 4...read there opinions the users are not happy...they are regretting after updating to lollipop because its full of bugs..plus white background everywhere instead of black is battery eater for amoled screens. Now kitkat is very much stable after recent update...why update to buggy lollpop when everything is working smooth and speedy in kitkat. Until stable lollipop arrives.

Dear there was only auto rotation issue in the beginning. Yes, it is after the 60 something mb update that auto restart, over heating and quick battery drainage issues have emerged. The recent update of 21mb has not reached my county i.e. Pakistan. God bless you dear it is out of frustration that I immediately share these issues with me. Now I think that my S3 neo is far better than n3n!!!

Is the problem happened after update?
First and for all, try to switch off and remove all removables like battery, sim card and SD card, then place it back after few minutes then try.
If problem still happen, you may try to perform factory reset.

No restart issue and auto rotation problems are there now. Its giving very good performance antutu score is showing 36341...and thats excellent. Battery backup is stable. No leaks.
