I have been using Samsung galaxy 3 neo dual for two years well but now it's heating switches off on its own changed the battery. I do not know what to do. Put it in dry rice and was advised to put it in a double dish towels and put it deep freeze for less than 5 minutes. Nothing. I love my phone I only use Samsung. Help me it's business phone

Friends...
I have been using Samsung Galaxy Note3 Neo, since last two years almost...
Till date never got any trouble, although I am a non stop surfer....
Display and audio quality plus camera quality ...very nice..
All other features are also very useful...
Thanks to Samsung,,,for providing such a nice note...
Lastly I would suggest Samsung to please make a way that people could upgrade with the next model, I mean Note 4 or Note 5, surrendering Note3 Neo, in order to have Note4 or Note5 by paying the difference amount as decided by Samsung...
With a hope, that Samsung would pay attention to my submission...

i got this phone in one year.i have no complaint this phone.sometimes phone hang its an common issue . but am very satisfy this phione. many of time my phone drop but no issues till .
