sroj, 03 Sep 2016But in spec its telling 64gb only?the specs say it supports up to 256gb. im using 128gb at the min as 256gb is a bit expensive at the moment. il wait until it comes down in price.

recently bought it before 10 days on a discount sale for 29k
i updated it to 6.0.1
after that when battery reaches 30-40%
device is getting restarted multiple times.
any suggestion without hard reset?

I update my Note Edge from lollipop to marshmallow(6.0.1)
I don't have problems with the update.it works fine and i like it..my only problem is the battery. 3 to 4 times a day of charging.😑😑😑

Battery goes flat at 35% gets very hot hand set was replaced by Samsung only for the new phone to do the same thing need to recharge three to four times a day this is with blue tooth switched of this phone is no good to use as a phone love the features but can not rely on battery life. FRED

Well it's not bad phone...but since last 3 4 months I'm having so many problems..auto restart nd ask for password..nd then some times over heat...nd then now after last update battery life is short nd phone just go off on 60 % battery life shown on screen...nd some time work till 20%..battery used to last 5 6 hours ..now hardly last 2 hours only on music with headphones...so at the end yh it's nice looking device...I loved it nd waiting few months to get it when it came out..but now I hate it..after having all these problems ..

blonde, 04 Sep 2016hi r1. il do a reset as i only use this for work.
Hard reset is by press + hold until the phone is turn off.
Not in normal status.
Do it when the problem come.
Or if somehow the phone is not working properly, then hard reset will work.
Try to do this way.
Do not to remove the battery to restart, as the problem still exist.
This is not factory reset.

The external is up to 256 GB.
Do check the spec clearly.
