heating problem...the phone get warm by normal use...now its began auto restart...battey drain half of a day...some time display not working...hanging problem...samsung do something for this high range product...in comperison its not better than 12k mobile like lenovo k4 note aur letv2

Battery warms device. Screen freezing and non responsive most of the times. Fingerprint reader faulty and you will need to use the back up password in stead. My device software is not responding and my phone does not want to boot up. Have the device for over a year and my warranty expired three weeks ago and now its giving problems. Not a good quality product overall

Hey all. My Note Edge is SM- 915G. I received the 6.0 update about 45 days back, but i haven't installed it. Cuz of the various issues faced my other note edge users, mostly the lag & the night clock issue. But now i read, some users haven't had any issues. My phone is still under warranty.
Bottom line, should I update to 6.0.1? Those who have updated their note edge, pls tell me what issues are u facing & have u received any follow up update after the initial 6.0.1? Thanks

I am wondering if the edge panels are autohiding on the home pages? Does anyone know how to make the edge display stay?

After being a big fan of Samsung flagship for years, it's time to say goodbye. Your business strategy of making previous flaship keep having problems, reboot many times per day, automatic shut down, apps error..etc.... is so effective. So it's time to use Apple device.

My 1st impression on iPhone = failed.
It is all depend on how you use, as you are use to apple device, hence there are different.
It takes time to learn on how to use and what your expectation like.
So far, my Note Edge is very stable; battery good, usage good, no problem.
This is because your expectation is very high, so once it failed, you tend to be disappointed. For you APPLE has take over the control, hence for this, you will not able to learn.
Even if you go for another Android, it still failed, as it is ANDROID, NOT APPLE.
All or most of my phones are Samsung, and still like this brand.

My Samsung galaxy note edge has been a piece of crap, I have received a new phone it and it still does the same issue, when I am texting the phone freezes in mid text and then goes black and then reboots back to the locked home screen... this is the most ongoing problem the first two were overheating and the battery life and then was the finger print scanner that just disappeared, had to call Samsung CS and talk to a lady who just said reboot and take the battery out that is the go to fix for everything, I wish I had never left Apple, I love Samsung watches though.. I have the S2 and the Neo but this phone has been crap and the phone make my handsfree in my suv lock up and I have to constantly power the car off or turn off my smartwatch because it is can not handle everything. Samsung dropped the ball with this phone.

kravam, 23 Jul 2016nup...no one issue in gallary issue is that when i m try to... moresorry. do you mean when your takung pic with camera? i thought you meant gallery. no ive never came across tht problem when taking pics. mine switched off when textn, when on internet and calls etc.but reset solved my problem. hopfuly i wont have that probem again.
