Delete waze, and games you dont use, disable synchronizations and radios BT,NFC, WiFi or GPRS.

im using Waze(navigation app) on my Note Edge and heats up a lot and i couldnt even charge it because its too hot. any help?

Razor, 28 Feb 2016Does any of your note edge has heating issues?mine heats up... moremine did after update t0 5.1.1. but had CM sercurity in it and since uninstalling cm nomore heating. check to see if its a rougue app. or try reset. hope this helps.

Should you get one?
Yes, if the Edge, or "extra width" might suit your needs.
By now the price premium that was the Edge variant when they came out will have dropped off.
As Note 4s' go, the Edge is an excellent device.
I recommend the smart S cover that has the "S chip" in it, that awakes the phone when the cover is opened.
(I even went one further and use the "Fit watch", that unlocks my device as well.)

raju, 22 Feb 2016Note edge vs note 4 ...which should i buy..the bestthey pretty much have same specs. except battery on note edge is 3000mah and note 4 has 3200mah battery. but i find battery life is good on note edge. and even tho note edge has inch smaller in screen cant really notice the diff. edge is wider screen which is good . but compare the two at top of forum d then decide. hope this helps.
