The phone had issues and Samsung support would tell me to call my provider. Even after I kept explaining that I was using Net10 and bought the phone new off of Ebay, they would not support it. It was less than 6 months old, and the phones had not been out a year yet. THAT IS CRAP SUPPORT! So, if you buy a phone off of ebay or Amazon, get a Square Trade or other warranty. I have used it several times on my wife's phone in the last 2 years. They haven't argued and gave me support that Samsung WILL NOT GIVE YOU!

Hi, I'm note2 user now for two year, and today i got my new note edge v.444, and i updated today to lollipop, it's just permanent bcz i will root and install modified room. I been using all day long with internet connection and installed software on it and right now i still have 31% battery life. I em happy but not much bcz of fmradio. It's really good phone but note2 is good to.

my recent experience on purchasing a samsung galaxy note 4 edge has been inconceivably beyond belief terrible !!!
what a piece of shit phone as it crashes 5 to 6 times each and every single day sometimes even more. i have already done a factory reset but it has the google android lollipop which is terrible
!!!!
ithen there is the matter of samsung support which there is none !!these guys will do anything not to acknowledge any responsibility and will blame everything on you including it's your fault
because you allowed the phone to update google android which they're pushing on you!!! what a pathetic joke these guys are. they pulled the old 'unauthorized dealer" bulshit that they all do as
they're only sold to bell or rogers clients and i'm sure as hell not switching to them thank you as both are terrible crooks !!!
be aware that when you buy from any other store except a dealer you have zero warranty and are left at the total mercy of where you bought it from !!!

these guys are the worst ive ever encountered and i buy a new phone every year. check out the reviews online with google don't take my word for it...terrible scathing reviews everywhere
then there's the new model note edge which i've heard has even more problems and breaks the phone if you put in the pen backwards. now that's engineering samsung and you wonder why apple is
eating your lunch. not a mystery to anyone with a brain believe me
so in closing samsung you suck the big one

I m having only one issue if my phone is in pocket and someone call its answer automaticall or cuts automaticallu due to sensitive touch even automatic answer is disable what i do

The phone is heating when the network signal coverage is getting weak or unstable when it is set to LTE auto mode. When not using data, set it to GSM only to avoid heating and excessive battery draining. Problem solved!

Yes.Its REally Cool Phone.After 2 months Using No complaints With this phone.The only one complaint to tell about this phone.its reallly heavy In my pocket :P.Because Some times it automaticaly unlock the phone in my pocket.thats why im lose my mobile charge a lot .Next One disadvantage is some times phone temperature is littie bit high (If using In Out side).otherwise Its A great Device.Battery Life last for one day normal usage.if use too much like web browsing.watch videos (in full Contrast) Can charge 2 times A day, But that's Not a Big deal with Fast crarger Tech.ill Check it Few Times. il will be Charged Up to 70% with In 30 Mins (i ll Charge my phone there is 5-10% remaining Charge in My phone).QHD AMO LED Display Is Coollll.Great Out Door viewing And Viewing Angle Is also Good.No phone Hanging Problums yet For Me.Camera is Also Good.Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Also Dooing Great Job. ill use My Phone More Than one Months With Out Using Any Screen Protector.But There Is Not A single Scratch In My screen when im Applying Screen Protector.This Is My First Samsung Phone Im Really Happy With Thids Device,Before I Use My LG G3 I have lot of Complaints to tell.But This Thime Nothing To Sayyyyyyyyyy.

I have this phone for a month now and its really cool, only faced two issues,
1- smtims when playing a music or video, i am getting the msg of 'cant play during call' which i am not, each time i have 2 go to clear the cash to let it work, any permenant solution?
2- facing error when downloading from google play, erorr 403,
Still a Great Phone!!

Nothin To Say,Really Amazing. BAttery Also Better Than My Old Phone LG G3.QHD Display Also Better Than LG G3 Thit The AMO LED Display.Edge Screen Makes The phone More User Friendly.First 2-3 Weaks Its Difficult But After One Month Using Note Edge.Edge Screen Makes You Easyer Than Ever.
