Hi there, I've had the same issue just a while ago it prompted me to update the samsung account but when I tried downloading I kept on receiving processing failed. What I did is I just unsubscribe/delete my account in (account.samsung.com) then turn off and turn on my phone. I then tried to remove the account in phone and was prompted to update and I was able to successfully download it. Hope this helps!

Tcool, 22 Jul 2015Restart and try again...I did it several times, but still generates the same message "Processing Failed"

Just bought one last night for $649 Cdn and ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT !!!
This absolutely kilss my previous LG G3 by miles and miles.
Not to mention the screen works as it should lol.
Will offer up tips for anyone interested in purchasing one. Trust me you won't be sorry !!

Any idea how to get system update for this phone. Whenever i click on the "update now" in the phone it says "processing failed" any advice in this regard.
