Why is it the edge screen wouldn't hide when accidentaly activated while using an application?
Even tapping the screen on the app it remains, and is annoying.
Is there a certain setting for that to auto hide?
I cannot find it!

Noman, 01 Apr 2015can anyone confirm that the Note 4 or Note edge are already... moreNo, and not needed.
64bit as a desktop OS essentially allows the machine to utilise more than 4GB of ram.
Phones,.. whilst running 3GB of ram (or less) are presently in no need for 64bit.
Feeling the need to do so is more for 'keeping up with the Joneses'...
I would forget about it as a 'need' for awhile.. maybe two years from now... depending on if software is being written for 64bit, and if so, exclusively for 64bit.
If the desktop market is anything to go by, the adoption took a decade from first implementation to mainstream usage and finally being utilised (eg modern PC games now happily use more than 2GB of RAM).
Lollipop (Android 5) is fast and efficient and I put to you..
what do you need 64bit for?

Mohamed , 30 Mar 2015guyz I've a very important inquiry before i buy Note Edge .... moreIt runs a different level of sensitivity, effectively, for the edge area.
They call it 'palm rejection tech', and it is pretty solid at figuring out intended vs non intended touches. It airs on the side of reject accidental, and I have had around twelve times where I am trying to use a 'button'(app shortcut) on the edge that thinks I didn't intend to do so..
If you are considering an M9, it would seem you are a little unclear on what you are after. If you are just after an awesome looking top class phone, then perhaps the M9, or as TCOOL suggested,.. consider the S6 if you are the Samsung fan you claim.
phablet class phones are VERY DIFFERENT (capitals as this is an understatement) to what we have grown accustomed to as 'regular phones'.
The S-Pen is truly a feature not found elsewhere and is a large part of the Note Appeal for some.
Some people but a phablet simply because they do actually want a larger phone. (big hands no doubt?)
Others want the bigger battery life, and some just want a smaller tablet, y'know, pocketable.
Be clear on what you need, and the decision is easier.

Mohamed , 30 Mar 2015i didn't buy it yet .. but i want someone already used the ... moreI am using Note Edge as we speak.
First of all, all Notes are big phones and if it's important for you to be able to operate it with one hand then you should not go for a Note.
Note has a function that makes it easy to operate with one hand. What it does is that it makes the screen smaller, like a phone within the phone. But that doesnt solve the fact that its a big phone. Operate it with one hand is a bit risky and its a big risk that you´ll drop it.
But, if you can live with the size this is a great unit. The camera is phenomenal and it operates seamlessly! I love it!
My advice, go and feel at it before you buy it.
Regarding the edge that you ask about there is no need to worry. You cant trigger the "Edge" accidently. The phone regonizes if its a false touch. Its great! And if you like you can turn the phone 180 degrees and the egde is on the other side. It has an executable feature for that.

Mohamed , 30 Mar 2015guyz I've a very important inquiry before i buy Note Edge .... moreNo because there is still a small rim just below the edge screen where your finger will rest while holding it.
And it's just a matter of getting used to.
Just like when Samsung introduced a big screen phone, the first Galaxy Note, almost everyone is mocking, now when Apple released iPhone 6 Plus, seems like everyone is amazed by big screen. WTF!

Mohamed , 30 Mar 2015i didn't buy it yet .. but i want someone already used the ... moreFor me it doesn't, 'cause I use a flip wallet cover and there is no way I can hold it with my left hand up to the edge screen when using while holding the cover to prevent it from closing.
When the filp cover is closed there is still a small rim under the edge screen where my fingers rest when holding it without touching the entire edge screen.

[deleted post]True!
iPhone is two years behind Samsung.
It is only the name "Apple" that people pay not the unit.
