Now I suggest you to make an appointment whith Samsung representative cas it can be a seious problem and during the time it might get worse

when the cover is closed and the edge phone is locked CAN we see the Caller ID on Edge part?
Just on Edge part without opening the cover or using any other option?
I can not do this with my edge phone? Doe any s it need any
special setting?

I just got the edge yesterday. I absolutely love it. Couldn't be happier. It is a beautiful phone.

now concentrate on 2 lower ones on their right sided border we have got 2 lines like cracks ,they are infront of every fone which i have seen in pics
but in mine thses 2 lines are also extending to the bottom part as well .
can any one with white note edge confirm that.

Just swipe the green answer icon on ... moreI found an option the other day to change that so that we don't even have to swipe/slide. Now I just tap the green answer button or red reject button.
The only issue with the side screen can stem from when we have auto rotate on, when the buttons 'jump location' right as we go to 'hit' them.
This phone really requires some basic setup to make the Edge a functional benefit that saves time.
I recommend a folder with secondary shortcuts in it, and LESS edge panels for faster access to a few needed ones.
I keep the S-fit (though less used now I have the Fit smartwatch), an appointments bar (which I am presently testing out whether it makes practical sense) and the one that shows weather/temp and important notifications (though it is probably the least used one so far).. as well of couse as shortcut icons aplenty.
And the utilitarian slide down bar featuring torch/ruler/stopwatch/timer and I so wish a calculator!
When you get this phone, use for an hour, then go to menus and configure how you wish to use..
then use for a day.. reflect on what was made better or worse through changes, then setup and use for a week.
Review after a few weeks if setup is practical.. and adjust accordingly.
I began by putting some icons two screens away from home screen.. if I found myself using them often I would upgrade their position either to the edge, or in a folder on the edge.

Which white if viewing from front now in that rim
Now have got 2 faint lines just close to home button are they in your mobile too if it is white colour
