For N935F, only Saudi-Arabia and Malaysia have received Oreo. Other countries will follow soon.

AnonD-199436, 02 May 2018Can we download this firmware from somewhere Yes, but you need to pay 8 USD. Also, the update was withdrawn by Samsung because of issues. Some people report it is not possible to charge phone when turned off. So if phone dies because of empty battery, not possible to charge and will have dead device.

4G TDD LTE
B38(2600), B39(1900), B40(2300), B41(2500)
3G UMTS
B1(2100), B2(1900), B4(AWS), B5(850), B8(900)
It has quite a wide range of bands so it should highly likely work baring any exceptional circumstances.
