Is anyone still using note 2 as their daily driver? I am, but the device is lagging more and more, apps opening slower etc.
Anyone experiencing the same and what about updating to a next device? advice besides note 8 in q3 this year?

My wife is still using note 2 as a daily driver. I have installed latest Cyanogenmod to it and that has been why she likes it. It does not lag badly and everything is up to date. I recommend ditching the old Samsung touchwiz android. Or if you want to keep stock OS then at least wipe the phone once and reflash everything, it's like reinstalling Windows... everything is smooth again.

I have GT-N7100 updated to latest 4.4.2.
One week ago I received an update notification for "Improved Stability".
Did anyone else received such update?
It seems suspicious to have an update which is not listed in sammobile.com

I have a problem on my phone everytime I unplugged the charger it will turn off and its hard to open its only i see a freeze logo how can I fix it

Why note 2 is using Lithium-ion? L-polymer was better than ion. Althought, It serve me great for 6 yrs and counting...😊

raj, 22 Mar 2017Can we use jio 4g in note 2 ?You can use Jio SIM in Samsung Note 2 N7105. But VoLTE will not work and you must use jio voice app (keep mobile data on) to make and receive calls and SMS.
