Android is limiting SD card access in a shameless manner from 4.4 version onwards. You can search in google. The downtime for android has started.

I don't like it too. ... moreI dont mind wearing galaxy gear specially when it is upgraged with water resistence and better battrey back up however the price point wud be a huge buying factor ...and yes its totaly a personal preference . CPU does matter however it sud also have a capable advanced software & hardware to make use of the power it has (not only for high end gaming)...but there cud be lots of other usefull features ...i think it wud require lots of innovation then..and i am sure techology will evolve for sure and yes ANDROID is the only OS to support all that innovation and advanced features...thats why as we can see its the comman choice for populer OEM's...like Samsung,Sony ,LG and Htc etc..lets wait and watch..

NikiDroid, 26 Feb 2014LG G Pro 2 is very good, the price can be so high, yes good... moreNow can you accept the fact that S5's battery backup time will be surely worst?. I agree that LG G pro 2's battery backup time will be marginally less than note 2. But the backup time will be much less in S5.
As I have already told here, the battery backup time of the smartphones / phablets will become equal to the laptops (3 to 4 hours battery backup time) in 10 years. Now it is not 10 years. I think this will happen within 5 years !!!. Shame on technology.
The shameless google has imposed restrictions on SD card usage in android 4.4 onwards. Did anyone know about this?. Search google with the keywords 'microsd card access problem in android 4.4'. Then you will come to know.
The restrictions (when the memory card is used in android 4.4 (or later) based mobiles* are :
> Cannot copy or move files and folders from internal memory to SD card.
> Cannot receive files to memory card (via WiFi or bluetooth)
> Can only download files (not via torrent softwares) to memory card.
> Cannot create a folder or sub folder in the SD card.
> Cannot copy or move files within the SD card.
> We can only read and format the SD card and set the storage for camera pictures and videos to SD card (not to specific folders, just in common).
> Usage of all file managers is restricted.
* means - not via card reader.
Symbian, please wake up !!!!. Nokia, please give a re birth to Symbian with rocking extended battery backup time. Samsung, please re-launch the Omnia I8910 HD phone with enhanced features. Come on......

Those who like android (famous for worst battery backup) can buy android handsets. I just said what I thought. I didn't comment personally on you. So better stop giving negative comments on this post.
