I hate it.my network signel not working.home buton not working.battry drain fast.sensor or not working in racing game .I ditch nokia nd got note cz I thought it will be betr thn nokia bt now I feel nokia s awsm .no one beat nokia nd nokia is d lord of phone .

I recomment to (if you havend done yet) try it yourself in a Sellphone Shop bevor You by a Phone ALWAYS.
And to your Question. No it is definitely not out to date, but still if i wear your shoes I'd by the Note 3, it is soo much more better! Thats because Samsung put in a lot of new features and stuff.users were complaning about. Such as that You can use the menu and back Button with the S-Pen (a Abillity You don't have on the Note 2..to bad i know)
I have the Note 2 now for 1.5 Years and I still think when i look around and see other phones, it is not out to date at all! Soon You will get the KitKat version Android 4.4.

I get the feeling you brought your phone on the Internet an it's not Original.
Also: You can replace almost -everything- in Samsung Phones, so a brocken Button shouln't be such a Problem.
P.s: In my Opinion the Samsung Note ll is great an works without any doubt.

SAMSUNG is really worst in terms of quality. in my NOTE 2 the power on off switch was not working in the brand new phone which i experienced less than 10 days. horrible quality experience with SAMSUNG. surely wont recommend any further SAMSUNG.

AnonD-64777, 25 Jan 2014Plz help me frnds I bought second hand note last day in rs.... moreIt has lots of problems thatswhy u got it in 18000 ...anyways first of all i think ur home button and network antina is faulty to get that repaired go authorised service centre if u have no money for now try to use diffrent sim check if that helps and there is app called floating toucher u can use that to use always floating home button and always floating recent tasks if u double tap on it ..if ur home button is ok then download the latest 4.3 firmware and flash it through odin if u dont know how to do it, just google it, there r lots of website for the same procedure..good luck.

hi i used s1 s2 s3 and now am using note 2.i can definetly say it is the best creation(i dnt know about note 3 and s4)of samsung.you will never face any kind of problem.dnt hesitate.buy it

Plz help me frnds I bought second hand note last day in rs.18000 whe I instert sim card I got network aftr 5 to 6 minut nd singel showning low.smtym I lose signel in my note 2 bt when I insert dat sim in any nokia phone I got network instantly 2nd prob is in my note andro 4.1.2 nd when I go for ota update I got error which is ur phone has modified.software update not availbale for phone.bt my phone is not rooted I chekd dat.when I chek status in setting I got modified .3rd prob is when I press home button I not get home menu.im using uc browser for typng dis msg nd pressng home btn bt after press nthng hapand :-( .nd when I press home button during long tym 6 to 8 second I did not get recently opend apps.i totaly feard nd frustret.i restore my note 8 tym bt all prob are still available .I spend my 5 mnth pocket money on it nd few rs. Hi guys, is this a good phone? like is it worth buying it now or is it out dated? do you recomend to buy it now or should i look for better fones out there"? i rly liked it's specs and appearance and everything, and prices in Malta aren't as expensive.. so that's another plus.. but im a bit sceptical since its a bit old?
