stopped" when my Note II was in Jelly Bewn 4.1.2, and I installed AppLock. Yes, this was annoying, at that time I did factory reset because made the smartphone lag very bad. Now in Jelly Bean 4.3 I don't find problem like that before.

I see it running application right now is 1,1 GB used and 656 MB free. Yeah, maybe in Jelly Bean 4.3 is 1,74 GB total RAM. I forgot my previous Jelly Bean 4.1.2 RAM in total.

Pros: New display, new feature verify apps, change security level, moveable several apps to SD card, total RAM increases a little, typing so fast
Cons: It occupied 5,9 GB used before do movement to SD card

hey guys I updated my note 2 around 25dec via ota and after that I got serious battery drain problem and I want to tell that I hadn't done factory reset and then yesterday I got a update of 62mb n after this update my battery drain problem is solved last night I put my fone on charge and after 100% of charging I put my fone on vibrate mode mob data was on and I got some calls too msgs n all other notifications stuffs but battery didn't drained like before so if you guys gettin battery problems after update you can get update of 62mb n check things out have a good day :)
