S . SUDHAKAR, 20 Nov 2013Your points are right. But my Nokia N8 takes 1 hour 45 minu... moreAgain you got it wrong, the basic rule for doing comparisons is that persons/objects
being compared should be quite similar in most of the aspects if not all. Unless you can
ensure that you will only end up making a fool of yourself.
Now lets talk electronics, the usual trend is bigger the battery, more internal
resistance it would offer and more will be the loss of energy and hence more will be the charging
time. More or less same holds true for the charger. Now you are comparing batteries and chargers
who are around 2.5 times of each other. Not Fair. A just comparison would be between two 3100 mAh
batteries of different devices. So, there you go.
Again, I am no expert on device performance , I am just talking science.

AnonD-2665, 20 Nov 2013how is the display after update ? any changes ? If I factor... moreDisplay is nice after the update. Fonts are clearer now and keyboard has also changed. There is systemwide use of blue colour which gives the OS a fresh look.
And yes u will have to install all the applications again after the factory reset but it's worth doing the reset.

Hii all..
I've recently updated my note 2 to android 4.3 and after the update my S-pen software started crashing again and again. I did a factory reset after taking backup of all my important documents and the problem got solved.
Now my note 2 is functioning buttery smooth. Also I love the ability to shift my apps to sd-card. Thank you Samsung and Google for providing this beautiful update.
I'm from India and I got my update yesterday.
So to all those who are experiencing various problems after the update I advise a factory reset after installing the update.. Enjoy the fresh note 2.
Note 2 Rocks.....!!

I bought this Note II second hand, has been used before by a friend for 1 year and 1 week, the battery still the same ( from he bought until I use his it, not replaced), the charging took for 7 hours or more (on my Note II). I charged on Nov 18, 2013 (14%) on 22.55 PM, finish charge (100%) on 06.07 AM. On Nov 19, 2013 I charged when the battery was 4%, finished charged (100%) on 06.18 AM.

mario, 20 Nov 2013dial*7284# and check in pda.click on save and resest..Before people with username 007G replied my comment, I had tried dial *#7248#, I saw it had been chosen PDA both UART and USB. I searched on Google, read some information and comments, it said Galaxy S III and Galaxy S II only given for MTP acces and other said should be rooted. Well, never mind, I wouldn't like to root.

Yesterday I updated my phone to android 4.3. Changes are welcomed but not good (perhaps not used to). Performance is better than before but ram consumption raises. Heptic feedback not working at all even after vibration intensity set to max. Colour reproduction better. Battery consumption raises. So those are anxious about battery life should think twice before updating. Setting changes are more customisable.
Above all my phone looking a brand new.

Then again it prolly means you dont leave your phone alone while charging and thats ibviously why it takes that long time. Check your charger too. What capacity output does it have? Hope it's up to 1Amp at least? As for you SUDHAKAR you agreed totally with this guy on this battery issue. My simple question to you is, are you sure you own a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or you are a nokia n8 user trolling all the way here?
