To sesugh. I never had the problem on my Note 2. I did flash a rom on my phone though. They have some really great rom's out on XDA Developers website. They are tweaked for performance. http://forum.xda-developers.com/ Take a look. Just don't brick your phone.

Mine had a similar problem, did factory reset didnot work but before I could return it to local dealers I checked through the pins of the fone port (The one you use to charge) and realized they were slightly distorted. After aligning them with a pin it worked. The process should be done carefully if not sure take to the dealers.

Hello, question if note 2 is updated to same JB 4.3 like the note 3 will note 2 have the same S-pen features and other camera and software features as note 3?
When that update will be availabe for note 2?
