I have tried to implement Benn's suggestion about swiping the tab button on keyboard to change language ( mine stuck at U.S.English ) but not successful. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance.

Guys i have a tip.
Before you upgrade to kitkat, make sure you backup all of your files from internal storage and sd card. Bcoz i got a problem when i upgraded the software. My phone hangs and the battery drops easily. I have 50 percent at night but empty when i woke up.
So after you upgrade, make a hard reset or reformat your phone.
Now i dont have any problem. No hang, battery life goes back. I can use it in two days without charging. Please reformat also your sd card before inserting.

Go to application manager....tap on the Google store and clear data and cache. Problem solved

I bought a samsung galaxy note 11 and was faulty after purchase. Took it to samsung center at ikeja where i was told the mother board was faulty and was told that they dont have the part and that they will need to order for it since it was still under warrantee. pls help me out. The fhone is still with me but not working.

nice device i have ever use..since 2012 until now 2015...from jelly bean 4.1.2 to kitkat 4.4.4 and finally change to lollipop 5.1.1 :)

Had this phone for over two years now. Best phone I have ever owned. Does everything I want from a phablet. Not sure I even need or want to replace it yet.

Best phone ever...
I have used it from 3 Years...
but no problem at all..
