As with any new operating system or software there is always a learning curve. The android system is basically a fully fledged computer OS so there are a lot of features and several ways to do each task.
If you want a basic OS, maybe look at apple.

This phone is very good since I bought it never make me dissapointed. just bit sad with benchmarking score compare with newest phones. but at least this phone can run highest HD games also an excluse HD games for Tegra can run on this phone

SGNII is a useful device but not so user-friendly. For instance how does one move items such as pictures and videos from internal storage to the memory card? If one goes to settings, storage; no clue is given. Another question is how does one make the external memory card the default site for downloading?
You know the old Nokia N Series was far more logical and user-friendly. Samsung have to work on this aspect.

Change the USB cable from the original one to something decent/high quality and shorter length.
