Guys, I need to update my note 2 to JB 4.1.2 and when i try to connect my device via kies, I get the below message. I tried factory reset but still it didnt help me. Please tell what needs to be done to get 4.1.2 in my device.
Your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware via kies.
