nice phone battery life great but 2 things i dnt like about this phone and that is you cnt move apps to sd this phone doent have enough memory for apps you only get jus about 9gb wt da hell is tht!!!! nufin atlest u shuld gave the option for moving apps to sd like in note 1!!! and second thing you cnt set wallpaper in landscape like in note 1!!!!! returng this me!!!

helopilot, 28 Dec 2012the only reason i can think of s that at some point there ... moreSounds to me like he got the phone from abroad or through some suspicious online store. I bought note 2 in Phili, open line sim free, of course there was no Vodafone apps installed on my note 2.
My best guess is that he bought note 2 from one of the cheap online stores and they sold him a Vodafone locked unit that they had unlocked using improper methods, that's why the Vodafone bloatware is still on his phone. Hard reset may fix the problem but it will not remove that wifi app, so next time someone tries to open that app again the problem will return. It's likely that rooting is the only way to fix that phone permanently.

I am soo inlove with my Note 2. I just bought it today and it's like I don't have time to eat. Great speed, awesome battery life, music player nice! It's surface is also cool, the gloaming corning gorilla glass is superrrr! Buy it with no doubt.

i have rooted my note 2. i am on stock rom. i have disabled few bloatwares in application manager. i am not concerned about re-rooting, bcoz we can do it again. my question is whether in future i will be able to update through OTA? or i have to go through sammobile firmwares? i have ota rootkeeper.

I was using Note 1 for almoust a year and finally last week I brought Note 2... it's very worthed! alot of performance improvement and plenty of innovation. This is the best phone... ever!! Do not think twice guys, go for it!
