Sound is always off when phone is powered on why is that ? Big phone but great phone

im using this phone in grey colors. .very good no hang even small..so smooth battery backup was good...im fully 24hours online Internet..in suit in my pocket Jeans as well...handy carry. .who's don't know our note 2 can use flash player yees its can... 1.download this apps..prom playstore https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uc.browser.hd 2.downlod this flash player http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/android/11.1.115.34/install_flash_player_ics.apk 3.on uc browser hd.select menu then setting select advanced setting then flash select auto... 4.done enjoy with flash player now...

Screen size is great and big but very hard to carry around especially in pocket, the interface is just almost the same as previous model, quit boring should make it more interesting like Win8 phone.

Thanks for all helpful comments here for the wifi issue after updating to 4.1.2, however I see there is no resolutions for that, As said by one of my friend here it maybe not a problem with every device but its a random issue. And I hope that the issue will be fixed in 4.2 soon. Waiting eagerly...
BTW when I enable/disable wifi for few times then it connects to wifi but after reboot again is the same issue. But at least it connects to wifi I can compromise with it until the fix.

Keep trying in a day or two, it will show you the update and you will be able to update.

Dont update through ota over the air update through kiesand better do factory reset and wipe cash and data to get a clean stable update.

Six days back I bought this nice (N7100) Note-II phone based on reviews..But my personal experience on this phone is really horrible !!! Very next day, the phone started behaving erratic !!!! The Back & Menu Button and touch pad are started giving great troubles .... Now, at Samsung service centre it has been detected that the touch panel is faulty (Technical fault)..Need to be replaced completely....
Now, I have doubt on Samsung Company's Quality Control System ...
It is really unfortunate that Company like @Samsung is so casual & cheap on quality Control ....
I lost faith on Samsung, though presently I am using Galaxy SII ...
