Why bother even put this up...the phone hasn't even been announced yet and all of these specs are just hunches. Some of them are even plain wrong...the Exynos 5250 is dual core not quad core and most likely won't even be on this phone. Also, if it comes with Jellybean then there's no Flash since its not supported.

This really is not too much of an upgrade from the GS3 aside from the chip. It's ppi is lowered, it has the same Jelly Bean that the GS3 is getting, and the same 8 megapixel camera. All of this is good, but not a better phone. Just a larger screen.

Bajaxp, 16 Aug 20121. Needs better ram (2gb or more) Not sure why Galaxy S III... moreFor #s 1 and 2.
You might be looking for a laptop or netbook? I can say that 1gb RAM is enough. 1.5GB RAM is already more than enough.
The 2GB RAM Galaxy S III is a Korean/Japan Version and there's also a 2GB RAM Galaxy S III T-Mobile but with Dual-Core processor not Quad-Core. (http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_s_iii_t999-4804.php)
What will you be doing with a 2ghz quad-core processor for a smartphone? I have used a 1ghz single core, less 1gb ram smartphone, I don't even experience that lag when multitasking with a browser and playing some games.
For # 3: I agree with this.
For # 4: You can try customized ROMs.

AnonD-53336, 16 Aug 2012if the screen is 5.5" big then the resolution and ppi ... moreYou can buy any bluetooth keyboard if you want a physical keyboard for your phone. You can also use a usb keyboard if you have a usb-on-the-go cable.
I own a Nokia N8 and a Galaxy Note and I've tried using a keyboard (bluetooth/usb) and it's working fine for both of my phones.

If Samsung won't bring much difference from the previous devices such as galaxy note, s iii, I think people won't spend their valuable money on it during such a challenge economic crisis... Or they will spend on other more advanced devices such as iphone5, Sony..., HTC...
And me too--why not?

Ps_PP, 16 Aug 2012Exynos 5250 is not quad-core...It's actually an Arm Cortex A15 Dual core which will blow the current A9 Quad Core out the water. Topping that, it will have the new Mali T604 GPU whcih is expected to be 5 x more powerful than the SGS III.

Bajaxp, 16 Aug 20121. Needs better ram (2gb or more) Not sure why Galaxy S III... moreDo you know anything about the things you talk about?
1) Galaxy S III got 1 GB of ram. 2) A-GPS brings additional functionality to regular GPS. 3) Of course faster is likely to be better but there's an edge for how long technology has advanced. Also we don't know for sure what processor it will have at the moment.

Yeah, i don't really care all that much about the camera resolution either...8 mp is more than okay for me. This is an automatic buy for me if it does actually come packed with a quad core processor at 1.5 ghz. Jelly bean preinstalled would also be most welcomed :D

if the screen is 5.5" big then the resolution and ppi must be very high, that's what i hope. like 400+ ppi andd (1920 x 1080)resolution. by the way i have a question which may seem stupid but it matters a lot for me. i type a lot and i need a physical keyboard, so is there is a physical keyboard available for the note 1? and will they make a physical keyboard for the note2? last thing will the physical keyboard give the shape of a laptop or not? your help is highly appreciated

1. Needs better ram (2gb or more) Not sure why Galaxy S III has more... ; ;
2. Faster processor (2ghz or more)
3. GPS use without data (GPS, GLONASS) A-GPS is ok, but it lacks accuracy and depending where your at it sometimes looses signal.
4. Built in software to control processor/ram usage, (reduce to save battery or maybe overclock to make it run certain apps faster)

The larger screen would have been much nicer if they hadn't actually lowered the resolution compared with the first one. The 5.5" screen would have been an excellent way to showcase a 1080p display. Sure, a new camera would have been nice too. i don't care if you say more MP, bigger sensor, or just more sensitivity, it's a shame they're still recycling the same cam from the S2
