You must hard reset your phone by holding all the keys of your phone or by typing the code *2767*3855# and*2767*2878#.
Then you should restart your process of updation,you will succeed.

Anonymous, 19 Mar 2013Did you used the data plan of the same device you updated w... moreYou can update your device through the same data plan as the update will firstly be downloaded then it will be downloaded in the mobile and then it will be installed by taking 1-2 minutes.
But preferablly you should download the update through another device like I've done.

Hey guyzi i am trying to update to jb via kies, and everything goes fine but when the firmware starts to download there is a message in Korean or Japanese which I didn't understood and there is only ok option when I clicked it the fon gets disconnected, what is this issue please help.

I have recently updated my device to 4.1.2 .
The interface is awesome and the device is better then ever.
It hardly takes one hour from beginning with airtel 3G.
Update size is around 830 MB.
Update is available through kies over the air.
enjoy guyzz you will LOVE IT..

ismail, 19 Mar 2013how did u did this by ota r kies airi did it through USB.. Install Kies on your desktop and do the update.. Its safe ;)

Yup finally!!!!.. Its available in India.. Installed without any issues.. little improvement in the battery but no difference in the RAM usage.. interface has been changed but not entirely... Over all better than ICS. :)

Congratulation to Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Langka n Turkey for getting official jb up date today. Is it 4.1.2? When Malaysia? Still waiting...
