*** If you are using stock ICS rom then first you have to install Hydracore safe Kernel. otherwise your phone will get hard brick. Mind it custom kernel void your phone warranty. Same situation was mine before a month.
I too had a galaxy r with gingerbread..
I decided to go for the note 2.
But after i saw and held it wasnt impressive.
So decided to go to the note or optimus 4x.
D optimus 4x hd is a magnificent fone but still d galaxy note screen is too good and huge and awesome dat i had to go to this...
So bought d note.
And dont worry. Almost all features of note 2 like multi window,project butter etc will b included to d note n7000 via jellybean.
So save d extra money and buy accessories for d fone like a portable power bank charger and goood quality headsets.. :-)

The price difference between the note and note 2 in India is considerable
Note is available at 26'000 rupees, while the note 2 is available at 38'000 rupees
I'm currently using a galaxy r, with stock ICS
I'm looking to upgrade, do you think it is worth that I stretch my budget till note2 or the current note is sufficient
Also at the same price of 26'000 i can buy the LG 4xhd
So I'm confused please help ME out

Hello guys!! I have Installed Ultimate N7000 XXLSC JellyBean 4.1.2 v5.1 Rom and trust me this is awesome. All features are available this rom. Now my N7000 is equivalent to Note2 and S3. Try it. You wont regret. And main thing is this rom based on official leaked rom.

[deleted post]Mine also have a same problem 5-6 months before but i dont have to pull up the battery to reboot the phone as the phone switch off in deep sleep then i do a factory reset to my phone and my problem was solved i suggest you to do a factory reset ur phone or flash ur phone if also then the problem persist contact to sevice center ....

hi guys
i am having gt n7000 since last november 2012. but after used it 1 month i encounter the auto shutdown issue in sleep mode. to ON/START the device i have to take out the battery and reinsert it again and then press the power button only then the device let me to reboot it. i found it really annoying and this happens to so many time now.....i can't understand y this happened to phone as it just 2 months old with the original brand new battery and charger.
and it used to get charged within 3.5 hours and sometimes it took ages to get charged but now a days it take nearly 6 hrs to get 100%.
what do you think guys should send it to service center to get check?
any suggestions..............its urgent
