Here is the official Reply from Samsung regarding moving application to SD

        Dear Samy Moustafa,

Thank you for contacting Samsung Electronics.
        Please find hereafter, our response.
We appreciate the chance to clarify to you. Hence, we apologize if we did not understand your real inquiry.

Yes, there is a move to SD option for Galaxy Note and Galaxy S2 because it only allows 2GB of of memory for installation of applications.

However, in these models, the term SD card referred in Move to SD is still the remaining internal memory of the device and for all data on it, it will just be transferred to the internal SD card.

Knowing this, it is very clear that the external SD card is not related for applications and there is really no option to move the application to external SD card.

Thus, there is a move to SD option in Galaxy Note to save some memory space on the other 2GB part for application.

Hence, in this situation- it looks evident that Galaxy S3 structure is better than the Galaxy Note or Galaxy S2 as it will lead to the same situation of utilizing only the internal 16GB.

We do understand that you may be frustrated on our advise; hence, we do apologize to inform but this is the concept and limitation already. Hence, your current request to move the application to external SD card is not possible.

We hope this has been of some assistance to you. If you do have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
        Kind Regards

i got the answer from Samsung today that no one can move applications to external sd card with move to sd card option....it's only move data from the intenal memory of 2 GB to the internal USB storage of 11 GB ...nothing to get around...just we can use directorybind to move applications data files from internal USB storage to the external SD card

Samsung made made a breakthrough with widget design when they integrated resizeable widgets in their TouchWiz interface on the Galaxy S II. Lucky for us Galaxy Note users, we have some exclusive resizeable widgets as well! This is a great feature for the Note because of it’s increased display resolution, which adds an extra column’s worth of room to the homescreen.check detail http://www.careace.net/2012/03/06/tip-resizeable-widgets-on-the-samsung-galaxy-note/
