Yes me also thinking like this.. but whn i was using 2.3.6 version thn i was not facing this problem bt now whn i update my phone to 4.0.4 now i m facing this prob.. i went to samsung service centre 6 times..bt not get proper solution for this...plz plz plz..tell me wht should i do.. i bought my ph on dt. 03 Aug 2012..

Hii every one.. i m facing an problem with my galaxy note N7000..my ph is getting HEAT while Playing or While Msging or While talking..nd also While Charging..?? is this happening with all Android phones..??? or there is sum thng wrong with my ph...plzz suggest me tht wht should i do..??

But fortunately samsung service here in our place didnt know i rooted my phone so they replaced my ram... Now i got a well refreshed note... Also waiting for jelly bean and see how it will work... Btw have you updated ur Note to a new 4.0.4 with sgs3 look? Im still waiting for it... And quite eager already...

The Note II now is similar with the S III's style but more powerful and more features. I think both S III and Note II were developed simultaneously and that's why they look similar.
Trust us when we say that the Note II would be the most powerful pocket-able device once it gets out. The Note II has bigger battery, better processor, new tech HD Super AMOLED screen, twice the RAM, higher internal memory capacity, newer S Pen features, and the possibility that another model would have dual-SIM slots. The only thing I was not so happy withe the new Note is the minor change of the screen proportion from 800x1280 to just 720x1280 pixels. It has lost that pocket notebook concept that it was derived from.
In the end, I want the Note II!
I just want it though... however I'm still sticking with the original Note a while more since we will have some of the new features and OS update to Android 4.1.
I have thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated what the original Note unit's impressive capabilities had given me for the last 11 months. I have convinced 5 people to get this after showing them what this could do. I'm waiting for the Black with dual-SIM version of the Note II and a slight dip in the pricing within a few months after Note II would be released.

I've used many handsets including Nokia, Samsung, Apple, BB, LG, Motorola..etc. But every time i update my cell, i wish myself 'you're made a right choice'. But all the time i was unhappy and not satisfied. But Galaxy Note changed my entire ideas in cell phone knowledge. I like Note. I think i never gonna make another upgrade to even Iphone. I have nothing to say in cons.
