my galaxy note slows down when i upgrade to ice scream 4 os. be carecul=s3 has 2GB ram, note has only 800mb ram.

Foxconn chief Terry Gou is urging customers out to get the very best smartphone to wait for the release of the iPhone 5. The manufacturer of Apple's new iPhone told China Times: "The new model will put Samsung's Galaxy S III to Shame.
During the annual shareholder's meeting of the Hon Hai Precision Industry Co (trading as Foxconn), Gou suggested that with his company's marketing and manufacturing expertise combined with Sharp's key technologies - namely in the display arena - they will be able to completely defeat Samsung in the next three to five years.
And specifically he called for smartphone buyers to hold on at least until later this year, calling on "consumers to wait for the launch of the iPhone 5".
There is no love lost between Hon Hai and Samsung, with Gou previously accusing the Korean company of "snitching on its competitors". In 2010, Samsung is claimed to have given up the names of four Taiwanese manufacturers in a flat panel display price-fixing investigation, itself being made exempt from any further action as a "tainted witness".
Therefore, you can probably take what Gou says with a pinch of salt. However, he also stated during the shareholder's meeting that his company had an exclusivity agreement with Gorilla Glass maker Corning Inc, and that "his competitors will not be able to secure any such material if they wished to". That gives the iPhone 5 (and other products made by Foxconn) at least one advantage over competitors.

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BUY TABLETS AND ALSO HAVE NOTE---hi all.. i hated bb os ...but after i saw bb playbook ui and its interface i loved it...so i decided to buy 64gb bb playbook...as it is year old ... updated to os2.0 and has all the features...biggest drawback was app world ...but i got an option for that...i can download android apps from goodereader.com apps and install it in bb...follow the steps mentioned in the website and u gotta all....bb os with android apps ...its awesome...sound quality is mind blowing...multitaskin is awesome...and 7"is perfect!!!i really dont get it why people r buying android tablets!!bb is professional and thats what i wanted!!i have galaxy note..its also awesome....one thing i noticed is wifi strength is xcellent in playbook ...compared to my note!!pls do buy this if anyone need tablet...ipad has xtreme limitations...thanks!!

After update version ice 4.0 Axis Mobile (Axis bank Mobile Banking application) has not in Google play store.anybody help me in this situation? what can I do ?

When you press the edges of the back cover of your Note, does it make a creaky sound like it's not perfectly tight? Mine does at some parts especially the top most part just above the camera lens, I can push it down a bit.

It's been a few weeks since updating to ics and so far so good. Battery life is still just as good as it was under gb. I can about 1% battery loss about every 3-4 hrs in pure standby which includes the phone data on.
Phone still runs smoother on ics.
The size is pretty much identical when put side by side with the dell streak but the note is much thinner.

Its a Nice Set. Now it has Been upgraded with Ice Cream Sandwich.Some of the functions after upgrading with face unlock is so much intresting

After the latest update of 8 MB. My battery life has become normal as it was during GB. So I would advice everybody to update.

Guys Plzz help!! i just did Factory reset my Galaxy Note N7000 and did add all my accounts but after syncing all my facebook and gmail accounts i find that my calender doesn't Sync all the contact birthdays that it used to previously.. i tried to factory reset again and did add all the accounts again. but to no help. it doesnt sync any contact Birthdays. checked all the settings to show birthdays. but all to no help. can anybody please help me.. plzz comment if anybody with the same issue

You should because updating from gb to ics is a major upgrade. You need to clean up ur system first... Aftr that ull be amazed how fast and fluid this note is in ics...

I want to delete some apps from my phone (eg social hub , talk) it seems that they took too much data from my phone . Is there any way I can delete the app. How can I stop multi tasking I just bought it few days ago
