Viber app offers free call and sms - a friend adviced me to install it on my galaxy note and i'm glad i followed his advice.

the galaxy note hit the 7million mark on sales. well i think this is mainly due to the price drop. the note becomes a little bit affordable. if they continue reducing the market price, the phone sales will dramatically increase more. i saw the burning desires on people's eyes while holding and playing with the demo units in mall stores and promo stalls. people can't help taking a second look on somebody with a galaxy note in his hand. the phone is such an attention-grabber, like a lady's long legs or cleavage exposed.

* Easy to put in pocket as it s sleeker than i expected.
Battery:
battery back up s best..for txgng, calln and checkn FB status d battery lasts 2 complete days..for heavy internet users battery lasts one complete day..dis s d best mobile in android..coz sony and HTC battery does not even last one complete day in even stand by and the worst part is sony and HTC battery doesnt even last for 5 hours if u use internet..trust me as i ve used HTC and Sony..
Video:
Supports all video formats that PC supports..no need to convert videos..
Audio:
Headset audio quality s good..u have 5.1 option in headset mode..so u can connect ur mobile to 5.1 and switch on 5.1 option for gud music experience..loudspeaker s also gud..
HD games:
Supports almost all HD games till date
Browsing:
Browsing s excellent..flash games and HD videos online supported
After ICS Update:
Face unlock
Google Chrome
Battery life s much improved (updated via Kies). even though phone lags sumtime and google chrome force closes often which i believe Samsung will rectify in next update..Thanks..

Yea i kinda miss ... moreWhats the status of ur note???.mine.....after using ics for last 12days.....battery has improved more.....its smooth. ....here in comments i hv read so many complaints for battery. ...really....in 3hrs i lost 25%battery....which includes half hr.of browsing and watching vids for 20mins...

i have a galaxy note..current firmware is 2.3.6...whenever i connect it with kies it says a new firmware is available...mine is kk2 kk5 and it says thay LA1 LA4 is available i always click on upgrade..after downloading it display..this device cannot be upraded..why?? anyone can help??

For me Galaxy Note is the best phone! I have one and I don't want other! I will change it only for the Note 2! :D

after my initial charging my galaxy note still on gingerbread gave me around 15 hrs of moderate use which include bluetooth file transfer of videos, playback of those videos, around 3hrs of mobile internet on 3g+, a few texting, exploring phone features... after the second charging i left my note in standby from 745pm until i woke up in the morning. the battery indicator reads 100% at around 530am. now i'm trying to drain the 45% remaining battery after 24 hrs because i want to recharge it before i go to sleep. of course i'm gonna set the alarm to wake me up after 3hrs to avoid overcharging. btw, i bought a gmate and transformed my n7000 into a dual sim phone. cool!

I just upgraded to ICS on my G.note.I realized the screen lock sound has been decreased significantly compared to GB ver and cant be configure with volume button.Any solutions?One more thing is the battery life is not constant and decrease drastically.Any solutions?

i mean s memo. Yea i kinda miss the s-note. Do u realize that the "pen"(not the s-pen, but the pen, aside from pencil, brush, n marker option) acts differently in both apps? in s-note (ICS) the "pen" draws a more even line, which gives better result than in s-note (GB)
